Identity and contact details (first name, last name, email, phone, language), bookings, credits and purchases, invoices, gift cards, private session requests, emails sent, log of actions on your account.

Health information: only if you enter it yourself, after an explicit and separate consent; encrypted, read only by your practitioner, erased at any time on request.

Purposes

Managing bookings and credits, payment and invoicing, reminders and information about your sessions, adapting sessions to your physical condition (health data), accounting obligations.

Processors

• Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany): hosting of the application and encrypted backups.
• Stripe Payments Europe (Ireland): card payments; the studio never sees your card number.
• Brevo (France): email delivery.
• MGT Design (France): technical maintenance of the application.

Retention periods

• Account: as long as it is active; deletion on request from “My account”, with immediate anonymisation.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation), under an anonymised identifier after account deletion.
• Content of sent emails: 90 days (24 h for sign-in links).
• Health information: until you withdraw your consent or delete your account.
• Encrypted backups: 30 days (daily) and 12 months (monthly).

This site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies (sign-in session, language, form protection). No advertising or analytics cookies, no third-party scripts: hence no consent banner.
